Planning the big WW2 game for September 12th continues and we need to know who will be joining the fun.  If you can make it, please post a response to the forum or send an email.  Some of you have already emailed Billy, which is fine.  Here is the description of the game Billy sent out previously.  Start time is 9:00am and game runs until 5:00~ish, with a club meeting to follow.  Chris Penney lives in Hollis, about 20 minutes West of Portland.

"Hello Everybody,

We are looking at doing a very large  multi-table, multi-room, mega game at Chris Penney's place on Sat. Sept 12th. For folks who did not play in our ACW Battle of Glendale game last year, how these games work is we set up three (or four depending how many players we have) different tables in three different rooms, all being different parts of a battle field. Each side will also have commanders and an ADC's who will be separated from the players in there own rooms. This time around we are doing the siege and relief of Bastogne during the Battle of the Bulge (so we will have walkie talkies too!).

Please check your calenders for Sat. Sept 12th,  and let me know if you can play. And spread the word to any folks you may think may be interested -- we need a minimum of 10 players (we will have three GM's),  but 12 would be better.

Thanks Everybody!"

How did the game turn-out? Any surprises?

I would have been there, but American Idol was at the Civic Center Saturday night and I was in the lot all day.
